The cleverly crafted garlic pot from Emile Henry is designed to ensure your garlic remains fresh and dry but out of sight.  The ceramic pot is designed with 3 air holes to provide a dark, cool and dry ventilated space to keep your garlic/ginger or whole spices fresh whilst the cork lid absorbs any moisture. The concave cork lid offers additional storage for  loose cloves and herbs or as a secure base for stacking another garlic pot above.
